Rosianna Halse Rojas is a British and Mexican writer and producer from London. In 2022 she completed an MSc in Migration, Mobility and Development at SOAS with Distinction.
Rosianna works with bestselling author John Green as his Producing Partner on feature film and online projects including the forthcoming adaptation of Green’s novel Turtles All the Way Down. In 2018, Rosianna and John launched a subscription book club together called Life's Library to celebrate two of their favourite things: good books and good communities. Rosianna produces podcasts including the acclaimed The Anthropocene Reviewed and Dear Hank and John.
YouTube named Rosianna a Creators for Change ambassador in 2017 for her work driving social change through online video. She has been uploading videos to YouTube since 2006. Rosianna makes videos about books, cooking, arts and culture, mental health, travel, current affairs and more. On her YouTube channel she has interviewed Olympian Yusra Mardini, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg and author Patrick Ness. Rosianna is a High Profile Supporter for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.
Rosianna has extensive experience moderating conversations, speaking on panels and delivering talks at events including VidCon, The London Book Fair, FutureBook and YouTube’s International Women’s Day evening.
